ABOUT (RE) NOOK
As a brand that puts sustainability at the forefront, it is essential for Nook to give a second life to its products. (RE) Nook is based on the 3R rule:
By giving a second life to its products, Nook contributes to close the loop on furniture waste.
Whenever a defective part is returned as part of our lifetime warranty, Nook does everything in its power to restore the piece while keeping it in perfect condition so that it can serve its purpose again.
Nook suggests you keep your boxes for future moves, use them creatively, or recycle them. On our part, all boxes that do not serve again are recycled.
When a product is returned under the 100-day risk-free trial, it arrives in our facility with a pre-screened evaluation based on criteria such as time spent in the home and reason for return.
Based on its initial evaluation, the product is carefully inspected with a rigorous checklist to ensure that aesthetic and functional values are intact. Once the product passes the inspection, it undergoes several steps ensuring it reaches our highest quality standards for open-box products.
Our restoration specialists proceed to clean and recondition any parts that do not meet our open-box standards. Then, any missing or damaged parts are replaced in order to offer the full Nook experience.
(RE)Nook sofas are added to the Nook website. The Certified (RE)Nook products are all inclusive of the same features and experience: free shipping to all Canadian provinces, a 100-day risk-free trial, lifetime warranty, and premium quality.
Sign up for our (RE)Nook newsletter if you cannot find the sofa of your choice at the moment. You will receive an email once we replenish our stock.
