The warranty covers defective or damaged parts as well as manufacturing errors unrelated to damage or modifications caused by the consumer for the practical product life. The 100-day risk-free trial allows you to try Nook in your home for 100 days. If you are not satisfied with the product or if it does not fit your needs, please contact Customer Support to schedule a pick-up and a return for a full refund, no shipping or restocking fees. Simply keep the original boxes. If you do not have the boxes, we will send new boxes to your door for a 15% fee.
